- You will receive *at least 6* (but usually many more) high quality digital photos with Santa delivered via download link to your registered email address. (Be sure to double check your email address during registration!)
- If your group is larger than 4 children, please book back-to-back time slots. You will receive at least 6 photos per time slot.

Santa will make a personalized custom video with a special message just for your little ones (or big ones too!) Fill out our easy submission form with the messages you want to be sure Santa sends to your loved ones, and he will make an amazing downloadable video from his workshop that is sure to delight your family, friends, or coworkers!
- Videos are limited to 4 custom messages per video for time purposes, so if you would like Santa to talk to more than 4 kiddos or recipients, please order additional videos.
- Videos will be delivered within two weeks (often sooner) after the submission form and payment is received. You will receive an email with a link to our DropBox account to download the video.
- We will stop taking video orders on Sunday December 10th, 2023, so be sure to get your orders in as soon as you can!
